It is the first time ever I pickle anything, but I am so happy I did this last Saturday! They look oh so pretty and colorful. I found some gorgeous cauliflower in amazing colors at Sigona’s and could not resist the temptation. Back at home, we use to pickle a lot of different vegetables and fruits for the winter and I missed those since we moved to the Bay Area, where one can mostly find only pickled cucumbers. I can’t wait to see how they will taste. I put cauliflower, carrots, celery root, onion and garlic.They are supposed to be ready in a month, but I am sure we won’t be able to wait that long
